Missing documentation for Enterprise Pack

Hello,

Few month ago we purchased the Enterprise Starter Pack via a reseller. Neither the reseller could provide a documentation nor on the TSFactory webpage anything detailed is available about the Enterprise pack. Just a small Visio diagram about "large installations". I wanted to install the Enterprise Manager enabling me to use the announced automated management & storage and the advanced search and reporting features. Due to missing installation manuals this was not possible so far.

Mid of March this year I was in contact with Tom and Cory and that time I got e-mails that a new webpage and a new administrator manual covering the enterprise part would be available in March. Not yet happened, none of both........at least as far as I can see it at the webpage.

4 days ago I sent an email to TSFactory support about the lack of manual covering the enterprise manager. Still no answer from them......

I am looking forward hearing from TSFactory very,very soon.

2 days ago I got at least a feedback from support
Got told they will send the midding files to me
Will see how long this will take..........

Due to that I did not get any further information from TSFactory support I have sent an e-mail to check current status.
Will post any progress...........

I received the info that the new manual is available at the webpage.
Now I can go ahead ......
